RingCentral Introduces Unified Mobile App

With the evolution of communications, companies have begun to demand the same features on the go they would find from the comfort of the office. The mobile workforce wants to see the digital age deliver a new generation of solutions capable of offering communication and collaboration regardless of location or device.

RingCentral announced the arrival of a new mobile app that promises to reinvent the communications and collaboration experience with a new unified mobile app.

The app is collaboration-centric, offering a messaging-based experience, with the ability to loop in both internal and external team members supporting features like file share, notes, tasks, scheduling, and more. With integrated video meetings, users can start or join a meeting though a single click. The app also enables enterprise voice capabilities, including SMS and the ability to seamlessly transition an interaction from chat to a voice call.
