AireSpring Unveils PBX Updates

The PBX is receiving a cloud-driven makeover, as businesses of all shapes and sizes are responding with growing adoption rates of these innovative communication and collaboration tools. This highly competitive space calls on innovation as a key differentiator, letting feature-rich and future-forward solutions separate from the pack.

AireSping unveiled an update to the AirePBX Cloud Hosted Business Phone System. The cloud communications provider enhanced the CommPortal User Interface and added 911 Emergency Call Notification.

As for the enhanced user interface, a restricted dashboard with more natural interaction makes for easier use and access. Other upgrades include more user-friendly mobility features as well as newly added Adobe Flash and other plugin compatibility.

In introducing support for 911 Call Notification, system admins can list five team members to receive notifications whenever an emergency call is placed, ensuring the team is all in the know – i.e. what type or location of emergency.

Cloud communication solutions are pushing the limits of innovation, making what was once “luxury” now standard PBX features – from keeping users safe with 911 call notification, to improving user interface ease of use.
