RingCentral Signs On Icertis Contract Management

RingCentral provides digital transformation solutions. But it also uses them.

In a case of the latter, unified communications solutions provider RingCentral announced this week it will be using the AI-enabled Icertis Contract Management platform to digitally transform its contract management processes. RingCentral’s sales and procurements teams will employ the platform to streamline the contracting processes, lower operational costs, meet compliance requirements, and speed time to revenue.

"Our goal at RingCentral is to empower today's mobile and distributed workforces with cloud communications solutions that connect employees, boost workforce productivity, and strengthen customer relationships," said Ron Carcamo, Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations at RingCentral. "The Icertis platform will give our teams an easy-to-use, enterprise-wide solution that allows us to accelerate contract velocity and improve compliance while optimizing the value of our commercial relationships."

RingCentral is just the latest to sign on with Icertis. Other users of the ICM platform include 3M, Daimler, Microsoft, Roche, and Wipro. The solution today manages more than 5 million contracts, has more than 2 million subscribers, and is available in more than 40 languages and in 90 countries.

“An effective contract management system must fit seamlessly into a sales organization’s workflow, preferably with integrations into CRM systems. But it must also be enterprise-wide so departments outside of sales can monitor and help optimize the contacting process,” Icertis writes in its white paper “The Definitive Guide to Sell-side Contract Management”.

The company adds: “ICM can be deployed in weeks, not months, and features an intuitive interface that ensures quick adoption by users. Customized dashboards and artificial intelligence provide critical real-time data on cycle times, potential risk, compliance challenges and other key metrics.”
