Sitel Announces Wage Increase in Spartanburg Customer Experience Center

SPARTANBURG, S.C., July 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Sitel, a leading global customer experience management provider that delivers more than 2.5 million customer experiences every day, today announced that it will be increasing the hourly wage rate for licensed agents to $15 in the Spartanburg site, in addition to hiring more associates due to growth.

Sitel is offering a $1,000 hiring bonus for already-licensed P&C agents – who may be eligible to receive $500 after product training and $500 after six months of employment with Sitel.

Unlicensed applicants will start with a $12 hourly wage rate, which will increase to $15 after successful completion of the training course and licensing.
